In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end data science initiatives focused on building intelligent conversational systems and advanced AI-driven decision models. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, statistics, and business strategy, translating complex business needs into scalable and production-ready solutions. The position requires strong autonomy, as you will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering full machine learning pipelines—from data exploration and feature engineering to model deployment and performance analysis. You will also contribute directly to fraud detection use cases and chatbot transactional intelligence, shaping impactful AI solutions. In addition, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to define scope, trade-offs, and success metrics. - Lead end-to-end data science projects with high autonomy, from business understanding to model deployment and monitoring.
- Design and develop AI and machine learning solutions, with focus on chatbot systems and transactional intelligence models.
- Build statistical and machine learning models to support fraud detection and decision automation use cases.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, defining scope, approach, trade-offs, and delivery timelines.
- Perform data collection, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering for model readiness.
- Correlate and analyze multiple datasets to generate insights and improve model accuracy and robustness.
- Develop dashboards and metrics to support monitoring, performance tracking, and business decision-making.
- Document technical solutions, methodologies, and model designs to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members across the machine learning lifecycle.
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Strong experience building chatbot systems and data correlation or predictive models.
- Solid knowledge of machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and end-to-end ML pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and translate needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with fraud detection models or decision engines is a strong plus.
- Ability to design and deliver dashboards and analytical visualizations.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior data professionals is a plus.
