This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing execution and operational excellence, supporting multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social platforms. You will play a key role in optimizing campaign performance, ensuring accuracy in execution, and translating business objectives into actionable advertising strategies. The position requires someone highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement across live campaigns. You will monitor performance daily, make data-driven adjustments, and contribute to scalable reporting practices that inform decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional marketing teams, you will help ensure consistency across channels while maintaining high-quality standards in campaign delivery. This is a fast-paced environment where adaptability, precision, and continuous learning are essential to success.
- Execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social platforms, ensuring alignment with performance marketing best practices.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and apply data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency, ROI, and overall campaign outcomes.
- Support campaign setup, maintenance, QA processes, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of advertising activities.
- Develop and deliver performance reports, providing insights into scaling opportunities and channel effectiveness.
- Translate business objectives into actionable multi-channel campaign strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and retargeting approaches.
- Collaborate with paid media, email, and cross-functional marketing teams to support integrated campaign execution.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management, with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking, including Meta Pixel setup, conversion events, and performance troubleshooting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed optimization decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest, or X Ads is considered a plus.
- Growth-oriented attitude with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-changing digital environment.
- Competitive monthly compensation ranging from USD 1,500 to 1,700, depending on experience and skill level.
- Fully remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere in Brazil.
