This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UX/BA (English Speaking) based in Brazil.
This role combines user experience design and business analysis, acting as a key bridge between clients, product teams, and technical stakeholders. You will be responsible for translating business goals into clear, structured requirements and turning complex problems into intuitive, user-centered solutions. A large part of your work will focus on discovery—understanding the real needs behind requests, challenging assumptions, and proposing better alternatives when appropriate. You will bring ideas to life through wireframes and UX artifacts that make concepts tangible and easy to validate with clients. The role requires close collaboration with development, QA, product, and program management teams in an Agile environment. Strong communication skills in English are essential, as you will regularly interact with international stakeholders. This is a highly consultative and impact-driven role where clarity, structure, and design thinking directly shape product outcomes.
- Partner with clients and product stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear, structured requirements and actionable documentation.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify root problems behind requests and propose alternative solution approaches with clear value articulation.
- Design wireframes, user flows, and UX artifacts to illustrate requirements and validate solutions with clients and internal teams.
- Present and communicate design solutions confidently, ensuring alignment between business goals and user needs.
- Manage iterative delivery cycles, enabling continuous client feedback, review, and approval of design outputs.
- Collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA, product owners, and program managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood across all technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining quality and delivery consistency across multiple initiatives.
- Proven experience in UX Design, Business Analysis, or hybrid UX/BA roles with strong client-facing discovery responsibilities.
- Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and translating business needs into UX and functional specifications.
- Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Axure, or similar.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and digital design fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to apply them in real project environments.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and improve solution approaches.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to confidently present and defend design decisions in English.
- Experience in user journey mapping, flow diagrams, and usability testing methods is highly desirable.
- Exposure to financial services or complex enterprise domains is a plus.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
