This role combines strategic marketing, client relationship management, and operational coordination within a performance-driven agency environment. You will act as the main bridge between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring that marketing strategies are properly translated into actionable tasks across traffic, design, content, and video production. In addition to managing day-to-day client communication, you will identify growth opportunities, analyze campaign performance metrics, and propose data-driven improvements to increase conversion and ROI. The position requires a consultative mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining high execution standards and delivery efficiency. This is an opportunity to work closely with digital marketing strategy and directly influence measurable business outcomes.
- Lead strategic communication with clients through WhatsApp, email, and meetings, ensuring alignment and clarity on expectations
- Identify client needs, pain points, and growth opportunities across managed accounts
- Coordinate and distribute marketing demands across internal teams such as traffic, design, content, and video
- Ensure deadlines, workflows, and quality standards are consistently met across all deliverables
- Analyze key performance metrics from paid traffic campaigns (ROI, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, etc.)
- Propose tactical and strategic improvements based on data analysis and client context
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring engagement, satisfaction, and perceived value over time
Requirements:
- Experience in digital marketing, account management, or client-facing roles in agencies
- Strong knowledge of paid traffic metrics and platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clarity and professionalism
- Strong organizational mindset with ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- Proactive, solution-oriented profile with leadership mindset and ownership attitude
- Experience using tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets, CRMs, and WhatsApp Web
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic marketing actions
