MDS Coordinator - LTC - PRN

SUMMARY: Develops, implements and maintains a system to coordinate and monitor MDS, MMDS, and PPS data entry

Performs chart review to gather information in completing data entry. Follows appropriate guidelines in completing the MDS utilizing the current RAI Manual. Collaborates with all clinical staff in gathering data for information entry Reviews MDS for re-imbursement purposes and makes recommendations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's Degree in Nursing

Registered Nurse License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license

RAC-CT Certification

3-5 years experience
