We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily clinic operations in our Hamilton, NJ location.

Position Summary
We are looking for an admin assistant to work in our clinic in Hamilton, NJ. Will consider both FT and PT candidates.
This role supports Veterans during scheduled medical disability examinations and helps ensure exams and documentation are completed efficiently and accurately.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and able to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet Veterans and assist with check-in
- Escort Veterans to exam rooms
- Report no-shows to the client
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
- Obtain ancillary results from providers
- Track completed and pending exams
- Ensure documentation is submitted within 1 business day through the Provider Portal
Work Environment
This job operates in a healthcare setting. The role routinely comes into contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses.
Physical Demands
The person in this position may occasionally move throughout the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, and supplies. The ability to occasionally lift and carry office materials or supplies up to 10–15 pounds may be required.

Requirements:Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient medical clinic or hospital, medical office setting
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields preferred
- Previous front desk management or administrative assistant experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer service oriented
- Friendly, team-player
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment
