Job Summary and Duties

Cyclone Land Development is seeking an experienced Senior Pipe Foreman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate for the Senior Pipe Foreman will have 8+ years of experience as a foreman, with the ability to lead the crew and maintain accuracy and efficiency.

The foreman should have experience with storm, sewer, and waterline utilities, and be able to understand plans and communicate well with their crew, supervisor, and other co-workers.

The top priority of the foreman should be to maintaining a clean, organized work area and adhering to all safety regulations.

The foreman should possess great teaching and coaching skills for crew members and any potential new hires. The foreman should work collaboratively and be a great team player.

Skills

• Proven experience working as a pipe foreman leading a pipe crew.
• Previous construction site experience is essential for understanding site dynamics and safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while communicating clearly with colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in executing tasks safely and efficiently.
