About the Opportunity
Meadowhawk Biolabs is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Research Associate to work within the Discovery Bioanalytical Team at our Marlborough, MA location to perform LC-MS/MS assays in a fast-paced team environment. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Under close guidance from senior scientific staff, the successful candidate will:
· Execute routine lab procedures for the extraction of small molecule therapeutics from complex biological matrices
· Develop basic skills for operation of LC-MS systems for quantitative analysis
· Utilize analytical software to process data and evaluate results
· Prepare and review data summaries for submission to clients
· Participate in efforts to improve processes and streamline procedures
· Proactively communicate analytical results and study status with Principal Investigator
· Collaborate with colleagues at all levels within and across departments
· Perform all other related duties as assigned
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or another related scientific field. No prior laboratory experience required. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered as substitution for the specific criteria outlined above.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented while working under tight timelines
· Adapts readily, willingly, and effectively to changes in assignments and priorities
· Able to multitask and independently manage time to maximize productivity
· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
· Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Compensation:
The target base salary for this position is between $51,400 - $65,450 per year. The specific rate for this position may vary and will be based upon factors including, but not limited to the individual’s experience, education, and skills. In addition to wages, Meadowhawk Biolabs provides a full benefits package upon hire date.
