Medical Laboratory Technicians (MT/MLT) at MerrimackHealth – Lawrence, Massachusetts

Merrimack Health is currently offering a sign-on bonus for MLT - MLS roles, with the amount depending on scheduled hours. Full-time positions are eligible for a $12,000 bonus.

At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $29.45 (Min) — $41.32 hourly (Max), excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

As the MT/MLT, you will perform manual and automated analysis and specialized procedures on various blood and body fluids. Interpret results and quality control studies to ensure reliable result reporting. Processes clinical samples and performs as a Phlebotomist as needed, promoting a team effort for peak efficiency.

Required:

• Satisfactory completion of an MLT Program with an Associate’s degree.
• Must possess MLT(ASCP) certification or equivalent.
