About the Role

UpReach Learning is looking for a dedicated K–12 School Tutor/Interventionist to support students in English Language Arts during regular school hours at public K-12 schools. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for bachelor’s-degree graduates who want to build strong, real-world skills that are valuable in every profession—skills that make a résumé stand out and create long-term career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver small-group and one-on-one academic tutoring in ELA (School Time)

- Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment

- Support students in mastering grade-level standards and closing skill gaps

- Track and document student progress

- Provide feedback and collaborate with teachers and campus administrators

Qualifications

- Knowledge of ELA concepts for tutoring.

- Communication skills.

- Passion for working with public schools.

- Bachelor’s degree (required)

- Prior tutoring/teaching experience preferred (not required)

Schedule & Compensation

- Monday–Friday (School Hours)

- Approximately 35 hours per week

- $25 per hour

- Campus schedule, assignment, and final hours will be confirmed during the interview

Compensation and Schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
