Prime Corporate Services is seeking a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA) with a strong background in tax and a passion for guiding clients through strategic financial decisions. This position plays a critical role in our growing Tax Strategy team, directly supporting client success and helping ensure a seamless intake and fulfillment experience.

As an Enrolled Agent at PRIME, you will serve as a client-facing tax expert—responsible for reviewing questionnaire inputs, clarifying financial information, and helping clients understand how tax strategies apply to their unique situations. You will collaborate with the tax strategy and fulfillment teams to ensure that each client receives an accurate, well-informed, and personalized experience.

This role is ideal for a tax professional who thrives on client interaction, enjoys translating complex tax concepts into clear insights, and wants to contribute to a more dynamic, education-driven approach to tax planning.

• Client Guidance & Intake Support
  Assist clients with the completion of tax strategy questionnaires, ensuring accurate and complete financial information is submitted for review.
  
• Education & Strategic Explanation
  Serve as a knowledgeable resource to help clients understand their strategic options based on their income, business structure, and tax goals.
  
• Collaboration with Tax Strategy Team
  Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients are matched with the appropriate tax strategies based on PRIME’s established frameworks.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance
  Review client inputs for accuracy and completeness; identify and resolve gaps or inconsistencies prior to fulfillment.
  
• Process Optimization
  Contribute to the development of improved workflows, client-facing tools, and documentation that enhance our delivery of tax strategy services at scale.
  
• Client Relationship Management
  Deliver a professional and supportive experience to clients, helping foster trust, education, and long-term value.

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) credential (required)
• 2–5 years of experience in tax advisory, planning, or preparation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
• Proficiency with digital forms, financial data review, and CRM or portal-based systems
• Ability to explain tax-related concepts in a client-friendly and professional manner
• A proactive mindset and collaborative spirit in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
