Quality Assurance Analyst
Full-Time | $26 - $30 / hour, exempt (starting) | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to support our Product and Engineering teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, identifying issues, and ensuring high-quality performance across applications.
You’ll play a key role behind the scenes by helping ensure our systems are reliable, functional, and meet the needs of internal users and customers.

In this role, you’ll support system quality by testing features, identifying issues, and working cross-functionally to improve performance and user experience.
What You’ll Do:
· Develop and execute detailed test plans for new features and existing functionality
· Perform regression and feature testing to ensure system stability
· Identify, document, and report bugs with clear and accurate detail
· Collaborate with product, engineering, and operational teams during development and release cycles
· Participate in sprint planning, testing cycles, and bug triage
· Utilize tools such as Selenium, Postman, and Azure DevOps to support QA processes
· Help improve QA methodologies, testing processes, and automation capabilities
· Assist with product release notes, documentation, and system flow diagrams
· Support reporting and analysis to measure system effectiveness and stability

Work Environment:
