Available Position:

Full-time; 40 hours per weekMonday-Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pmWage: From $18.75 per hourHiring Bonus: $1,000 (paid in one installment after 6-months continued employment)As the Day Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating a supportive and inclusive environment. You will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to develop and implement engaging activities, ensuring that each participant's needs and interests are met. Additionally, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring a smooth and effective program delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Direct Services Coordinators address the wants and needs of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, which include:

Promote and encourage community integration and socialization opportunities in a positive manner.Mutli-tasking and excellent time management skills· Coordinate daily activities for participants in the day program

· Provide individualized support to participants, taking into account their unique needs and goals

· Collaborate with other team members to design and implement individualized care plans

· Monitor the progress of participants and make necessary adjustments to their care plans

Reinforce therapies, including speech, behavioral support and physical therapyAdminister medications and maintain accurate medication recordsMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of participant progress and program activitiesEnsure all needs are addressed in a respectful manner with dignity and personal choiceComplete and maintain required documentation and trainingsWe provide excellent benefits to eligible employees:
