First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+
This is a commission-based opportunity, with income tied to individual activity, production, and results.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients by responding promptly to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct property showings, ensuring clients have a comprehensive understanding of the features and benefits of each property.
- Collaborate with experienced agents to develop effective strategies for negotiating offers and closing deals.
- Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance your knowledge of the real estate market and sales techniques.
- Utilize provided leads to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective buyers and sellers.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing necessary documentation for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, showcasing your ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey property details and negotiate deals.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, supporting and learning from experienced agents.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance your real estate knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and transactions simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Comfortable using technology and real estate software to track leads and manage client information efficiently.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
