Success in real estate is not built on occasional bursts of activity. It comes from consistently completing the right activities, tracking the results, and making adjustments when performance falls short.

At The Shannon Andersen Group, agents are expected to operate with structure, discipline, and personal ownership.

A reliable pipeline begins with consistent conversations.

Agents are expected to:

• Complete outbound calls, texts, and follow-up activities daily
• Engage in meaningful real estate conversations every business day
• Host or participate in open houses and community events
• Maintain an organized CRM with accurate notes and scheduled next steps
• Nurture past clients and their sphere for repeat and referral business

The standard: Daily conversations are non-negotiable.

No conversations = no pipeline.

Your schedule determines how consistently your business produces.

Agents are expected to:

• Follow a structured, time-blocked schedule
• Prioritize prospecting and follow-up before administrative work
• Protect income-producing time from unnecessary distractions
• Attend scheduled meetings with their Business Consultant
• Complete weekly business-planning and performance reviews

The standard: If an activity matters, it belongs on the calendar—and must be completed.

Every interaction should strengthen the client’s confidence in you and the team.

Agents are expected to:

• Respond promptly and communicate professionally
• Establish clear expectations at the beginning of each relationship
• Conduct structured buyer and seller consultations
• Provide consistent updates throughout the client journey
• Reinforce expectations when circumstances change
• Continue nurturing the relationship after closing

The standard: Every client is a long-term relationship—not a one-time transaction.

Knowledge builds confidence, and confidence improves conversion.

Agents are expected to:

• Stay informed about local inventory, pricing, and market conditions
• Preview properties regularly
• Understand the communities and property types they serve
• Attend required coaching, training, and skill-development sessions
• Practice scripts, presentations, and objection handling

The standard: Professional development is part of the job—not an optional activity.

Predictable production requires consistent execution.

Agents are expected to:

• Follow the team’s established sales and client-service processes
• Keep CRM records complete, accurate, and current
• Complete scheduled follow-up activities on time
• Track and review weekly key performance indicators
• Understand their conversation-to-appointment and appointment-to-closing ratios
• Use the team’s marketing and operational resources correctly

The standard: Follow the process, measure the results, and make the necessary adjustments.

Coaching can provide direction, but each agent must execute.

Agents are expected to:

• Arrive prepared and ready to work
• Remain consistent regardless of mood or temporary circumstances
• Accept direct, constructive feedback
• Complete responsibilities without repeated reminders
• Communicate immediately when a production gap appears
• Take ownership of their activities, performance, and results

The standard: Discipline over motivation—every time.

Every agent is expected to:

• Track meaningful real estate conversations daily
• Complete at least two face-to-face buyer or seller consultations each week
• Maintain an accurate and active CRM pipeline
• Complete all scheduled follow-up activities
• Submit weekly performance numbers accurately and on time
• Participate in required coaching, meetings, and accountability sessions

These are not aspirational suggestions. They are the minimum behaviors required to build a consistent, predictable, and sustainable real estate business.

At The Shannon Andersen Group:

• We create opportunities through consistent activity.
• We measure the behaviors that produce results.
• We address performance gaps directly.
• We take ownership of our responsibilities.
• We execute according to established standards.

The Shannon Andersen Group is looking for agents who are serious about building a productive, sustainable real estate business.

You may be a strong fit for our team if you demonstrate:

• An active Florida real estate license or current progress toward obtaining one
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine people-first approach to serving clients
• Coachability and a willingness to follow proven systems
• Consistency in prospecting, follow-up, and CRM management
• Emotional intelligence and professionalism under pressure
• Respect for team standards and shared accountability
• Openness to direct feedback and performance-based coaching
• Dependability, personal ownership, and consistent follow-through
• A desire to grow within a structured, production-focused environment
• A commitment to building a long-term real estate career—not simply experimenting with the industry

Previous sales production is valuable, but it is not the only measure of potential. We are equally interested in your work ethic, coachability, discipline, and willingness to execute consistently.

This environment is built for agents who want structure, welcome accountability, follow the system, and take ownership of their results.
