• Source and prospect agent candidates through cold outreach, social media, referrals, and our recruiting tools
• Run high-volume outreach by phone, text, and email to fill the top of the funnel
• Screen and qualify candidates against our team profile
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with team leadership
• Manage the recruiting pipeline and keep activity and conversion data current
