Hybrid: mostly work-from-home after training. You must live within 30 minutes of Chantilly/Fairfax, VA.

I'm a referral-based Realtor in Northern Virginia known for a high-touch, detail-heavy client experience. I'm hiring my first full-time teammate to run the operations side of the business so every client gets that level of care without anything slipping.

Full-time, Monday–Friday 9–5, with occasional weekend help paid extra. You'll shadow me in person for the first several weeks and train alongside our current transaction coordinator, then work mostly from home, with in-person days for listings, open houses, and events. We start with a 90-day trial.

A short DISC assessment is part of this application. Please complete it when you apply. Applications without it won't be reviewed.

$50,000 - $55,000 yearly

• Coordinate every transaction from contract to closing: our checklists in SkySlope, every deadline, and keeping lenders, title, HOAs, and clients on track. This is about half the job.

• Run my day: each morning, hand me the plan and the call list from our CRM (Follow Up Boss), which you'll keep clean and current.

• Prep listing launches: vendors, photography scheduling, MLS entry, and marketing pieces.

• Execute marketing I design, such as mailers, Canva graphics, social scheduling, and simple phone video at listings.

• Set up open houses, enter every sign-in the same day, and plan client appreciation events.

• Handle executive-assistant tasks and errands that keep my week organized.

• You love a checklist and a steady routine, and you finish what you start.

• You stay calm and pleasant when three things go wrong at once.

• You're genuinely tech-savvy: you pick up new apps fast, you already use AI tools, and you can shoot a clean phone video when we need one.

• Real estate experience helps but isn't required. We'll train you.

• Your background might be paralegal, office or operations admin, retail management, or event and wedding planning.

• You have a car and a valid driver's license.

• No real estate license is needed to apply. You'll earn a Virginia license in your first 6 months, paid for by us. This is not a sales role.

Chris Loizou Real Estate is a referral-based practice with Samson Properties, serving buyers and sellers across Northern Virginia. Nearly all of our business comes from past clients and the people they send us, because we take fewer clients and do more for each one: hands-on listing prep, appraisal-informed pricing, and steady communication from the first meeting through closing. You'd be the first full-time hire, working directly with Chris.
