About This Position
Compensation:
The anticipated hiring pay for the system operator trainee is $38.86. The full-scale rate for a system operator is $59.79 after one year of training per hour in accordance with the union contract and the candidate's experience. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 5% of annual earnings based on company performance.

- Two or four year technical degree or equivalent experience of electrical distribution systems and equipment.
- Experience with electrical distribution systems, mapping, and construction techniques
- Experience with Control Center applications such as OMS, SCADA, and GIS
