Minnesota Soybean Processors (MnSP) is looking for a Biorefinery Operator to join our night shift team in Brewster, Minnesota. If you are mechanically inclined, safety-minded, dependable, and enjoy hands-on work, this could be a great opportunity for you!

• $20.00/hour starting wage

• +$2.00/hour night shift premium

• +$1.00/hour after qualifying for applicable operator levels

• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• 2/3/2 rotating schedule

• Every other weekend off

• Hands-on experience in the soybean processing, renewable fuels, and biorefinery industries

As a Biorefinery Operator, you will help keep our Refinery and Biodiesel operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably.

You'll:

• Monitor and operate production equipment

• Make equipment and process adjustments as needed

• Perform quality testing and collect samples

• Monitor production processes and equipment

• Identify and report equipment issues

• Complete safety inspections and production logs

• Perform basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping

• Work closely with your team to maintain safe and efficient operations

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong commitment to safety

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to follow procedures and accurately document information

• Good problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous manufacturing, production, industrial, or biorefinery experience is a plus, but not required
