Role Profile

The Part‑Time Photographer is a non‑exempt position reporting to the Creative Manager and is accountable for capturing high‑quality product and lifestyle photography that supports the Co‑op's marketing, merchandising, and brand storytelling needs. This role executes planned shoots, follows established brand standards, and delivers consistent, production‑ready assets for use across digital, print, social, and in‑store channels. The Part‑Time Photographer maintains the photo studio environment, manages file organization and equipment care, and works closely with the Creative Manager, designers, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager, and Website Merchandiser to ensure all photography aligns with product photography requirements, campaign direction, technical requirements, and creative expectations. Through reliable execution and attention to detail, this role contributes to the Co‑op's visual asset library and supports a fast‑moving creative production workflow.
