Details:

Nights - 7pm-7am with a weekend rotation
Schedule is one week on, one week off
Pharm D preferred
Hospital experience preferred

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for compounding and dispensing medications to hospital customers and employees as prescribed. Provides drug information and education to internal and external customers. Other duties as listed below.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of school or college of pharmacy accredited by American council on pharmaceutical education.
Current license to practice in Oklahoma.
Maintenance of license through approved continuing education courses.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Able to talk and converse distinctly with others in person and over the phone.
Able to walk/stand for extended periods, some lifting. Able to reach, pull, push, bend, stoop, and kneel.
Demonstrates adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to read/write, discern small objects, to accurately fill orders.
Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
Must have strength/stamina to deal with stressful situations.
Adequate fine motor skills and hand/eye coordination to type and accurately fill orders.
