JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for Medication Therapy Management (MTM) at Stillwater Medical Center’s Pharmacotherapy Clinic. Completes comprehensive medication review to address potential medication-related issues, optimize therapy outcomes, and assist patient adherence. Provides direct patient care in an ambulatory care setting. Responsible for serving as the pharmacist-in-charge of our charitable clinic pharmacy (open 1 afternoon weekly).
