Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
Job Summary:
The Fill Operator is responsible for accurately and efficiently operating fill line equipment to produce powder or liquid-filled sub-assemblies and finished goods according to production schedules. This role ensures that all products meet quality, safety, and documentation standards, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The operator collaborates closely with the Quality team and follows established procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Produces powder or liquid filled sub-assemblies and/or finished goods to satisfy the demand quantity requested on the work order with the available components and tools.
- Prepares the fill line equipment to produce the powder or liquid filled sub-assemblies and/or finished goods to satisfy the production demand
- Coordinates with Quality Department to accept and maintain the fill weight range of powder or liquid filled product as it is being produced on the fill line.
- Follows the steps of the Fill Line Manufacturing Record and records sample fill weights on the Production Quality log every fifteen minutes.
- Reviews and maintains the quality standards of all components during the production fill of the powder or liquid filled sub-assemblies and/or finished goods.
- Runs the fill line equipment to produce the powder or liquid filled sub-assemblies and/or finished goods to satisfy the requested demand quantity of the work order.
- Reviews and maintains the quality standards of the finished powder or liquid filled sub-assemblies and/or finished goods.
- Counts all remaining components after the completion of work order quantity.
- Completes the documentation of the work order with final counts of all components used.
- Records the time range used to complete the work order quantity.
- Completes the work order with the final count of the requested powder or liquid filled sub-assemblies and/or finished goods of the work order.
- Completes the skid tag(s) with total quantity of product placed on each skid, the date of production, the lot number of the product, and number of skids per work order.
- Maintains order and cleanliness of the work area, including daily housekeeping.

Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of work experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to wear a face respirator during entire shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Ability to bend, stoop, walk, stand, push and pull various items.
- Ability to move around the warehouse.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
Work Environment:
- Work is primarily performed inside the warehouse.
- Exposure to loud noise levels, vibration, chemicals, dust, mechanical hazards, and moving objects or other vehicles.
- May be exposed to cold and hot temperatures, inclement weather conditions.
