ABOUT NEW FRONTIER New Frontier Advisors is a quantitative investment research and technology firm that has spent more than 25 years advancing the science of portfolio construction and portfolio optimization. The firm’s proprietary Michaud Optimization™ methodology and portfolio construction technology have been used by institutions, wealth managers, and advisors to build more diversified, objective-driven portfolios under real-world uncertainty.

Today, New Frontier is entering its next phase of growth through FrontierOne — a next-generation portfolio decisioning and investment management platform designed to help advisors and institutions deliver personalized, tax-aware, institutional-quality portfolio solutions at scale.

Our mission is to bring sophisticated portfolio construction, optimization, and investment decisioning into intuitive advisor workflows that improve investor outcomes and modernize the wealth management experience. This is a pivotal transformation period for the firm as we evolve from a traditional investment manager into a modern investment technology and platform company.

THE OPPORTUNITY New Frontier is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and systems-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to help build and scale the operational infrastructure that powers our Engagement & Growth organization. The ideal candidate combines strong operational discipline with systems thinking, analytical rigor, process design capability, and an interest in financial technology, wealth management, and enterprise platform growth. • Translate operational and funnel data into actionable business insights.
• Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI scorecards for executive leadership.
• Monitor conversion rates, engagement metrics, onboarding progress, and platform adoption trends.
