- Start conversations with members of the public in a friendly and professional manner

- Help create a positive experience for community members and event attendees
- Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown when needed
- Work with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Maintain a professional and positive presence while representing nonprofit partners
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people in public settings
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, sales, or fundraising is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn
