This is an exciting opportunity for a growth professional who wants to build audience strategies from the ground up and directly influence the expansion of a digital platform. In this role, you will discover, test, and scale new ways to connect players with innovative gaming experiences through communities, creators, partnerships, and organic growth channels. You will work closely with Product and Technology teams to transform audience insights into product improvements and sustainable growth loops. The position requires a highly autonomous, hands-on mindset, combining experimentation, analytics, creativity, and strategic thinking. You will have the opportunity to shape growth initiatives in a fast-moving environment where curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning are highly valued.

• Discover, test, and validate new audience acquisition and distribution channels to expand platform reach and engagement.
• Lead continuous growth experiments by defining hypotheses, establishing success metrics, executing tests, analyzing results, and scaling initiatives that demonstrate potential.
• Investigate how different audiences discover, share, and engage with digital products, especially through communities, creators, social platforms, newsletters, forums, and niche ecosystems.
• Build and optimize organic growth strategies across channels such as Discord, Reddit, Steam, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and other relevant communities.
• Use analytics, automation, and AI-powered tools to accelerate research, experimentation, content creation, outreach, and operational workflows.
• Analyze user behavior data, including traffic sources, engagement, retention, sharing patterns, and conversion metrics, to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Technology teams to create product-driven growth loops, sharing mechanisms, and discovery experiences.
• Support go-to-market initiatives for new features, products, and strategic platform initiatives.
• Present learnings, insights, recommendations, and priorities clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Proven experience creating, validating, and scaling acquisition, distribution, audience, or community growth channels for digital products.
• Experience working in experimentation-driven environments, including defining hypotheses, measuring results, iterating quickly, and scaling successful initiatives.
• Strong understanding of growth metrics such as acquisition, activation, retention, referral, cohorts, CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, and channel performance.
• Ability to independently research audience behaviors and identify opportunities across communities, creators, content platforms, and digital ecosystems.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to build, test, and execute initiatives without relying on large teams or established processes.
• Experience using analytics, automation, AI tools, and rapid validation methods, including dashboards, landing pages, forms, workflows, or lightweight prototypes.
• Strong collaboration skills with Product, Technology, Marketing, Community, and Business Development teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with confidence producing content, conducting research, leading conversations, and collaborating with international stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize independently, make data-informed decisions, document learnings, and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Experience presenting insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience with early-stage digital products, startups, gaming communities, creator ecosystems, or platforms with strong audience components is highly valued.
• Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, Webflow, Airtable, Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Apollo, Clay, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, webhooks, ethical scraping, automation, bots, scripting, or AI prototyping is considered an advantage.
• Experience with gaming communities, indie games, Discord, Reddit, Steam, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, or creator economy ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
