What You'll Do

As a Helper, you'll:

Assist drivers with residential and commercial waste collection
Ride collection routes and perform physical labor throughout the shift
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Provide excellent customer service
Learn route operations and vehicle procedures
Prepare for advancement into a driving role
Your Path to Becoming a CDL Driver
Step 1: Join the Team
Start as a full-time Helper and learn the business from experienced drivers.

Step 2: Prove Yourself
Maintain strong attendance, safety performance, and reliability for six consecutive months.

Step 3: Earn CDL Sponsorship
Qualified employees receive company-paid CDL training.

What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a DOT physical
Ability to pass a drug screening
Reliable transportation
Ability to work early morning schedules
Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions

Current trash truck helper experience
Waste industry experience
Route or labor-intensive work experience

Important Requirements
To qualify for CDL sponsorship, employees must:
Complete six consecutive months of employment
