What You'll Do

As a Helper, you'll:

Assist drivers with residential and commercial waste collection
Ride collection routes and perform physical labor throughout the shift
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Provide excellent customer service
Learn route operations and vehicle procedures
Prepare for advancement into a driving role

Step 1: Join the Team

Required Qualifications
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a DOT physical
Ability to pass a drug screening
Reliable transportation
Ability to work early morning schedules

Important Requirements
