• Design and deliver construction courses that align with Construction industry standards and safety regulations.

• Stay updated on state and national code

• Stay updated on advancements in construction practices, tools, and materials, as well as OSHA and other applicable safety standards.

• Conduct engaging and hands-on training sessions, both in-person and online, to meet diverse learning needs.

• Ensure all courses comply with applicable state and federal guidelines for continuing education credits and certifications.

• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for course approval and reporting to regulatory or accrediting bodies.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of courses through student feedback, assessments, and industry feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

• Serve as a resource for students by providing mentorship, career advice, and support in achieving their goals.

• Maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community.

• Travel to IWCC Centers and other training sites as necessary.

• Demonstrates IWCC’s core mission, vision, and values.

• Prompt & reliable attendance.

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

• The employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time and use hands to operate a computer keyboard, telephone, and basic office equipment
