The Support Staff I role provides administrative and operational support to ensure efficient workflow within the department. This position is responsible for managing authorizations, maintaining reports, supporting payroll processes, and assisting with compliance-related tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide ongoing administrative and operational support as needed
• Respond to time-sensitive issues and shifting priorities
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Support team members and leadership with ad hoc requests

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
