Receive and process incoming information, such as forms, reports, and documents

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of information entered into databases

Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems

Respond to inquiries and requests for information in a timely manner

Assist in the creation and distribution of reports and presentations

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in data entry or information processing

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills
