*This is an hourly position with a variable schedule ranging from 25 to 40 hours per week, contingent upon departmental needs and fluctuating workload. Registrar will work 40 hours a week during the first several months of employment for training purposes. Hours will be determined by the School Services Director.

General Function:
The Corporate Registrar/Assistant Registrar registers new students, maintains student records for the corporation, and maintains accurate student database information and related reports/spreadsheets.

Requirements:

- Work a maximum of 40 hours per week, with a variable schedule of 25-40 hours a week.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications:
1. Strong proficiency in using data management software and tools
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
3. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively with a high ability to demonstrate self-discipline, motivation, and adaptability to high periods of change and demand
4. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking abilities for educational presentations
6. Ability to meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks
7. High level of accountability
8. Ability to effectively and respectfully communicate with a diverse group of people. The position will involve consistent contact and interaction with administrators, co-workers, and the community.
9. Experience working with student data or in an education administration role is preferred
10. Familiarity with PowerSchool or similar student information systems is a plus

Responsibilities/Functions:
Enrollment
1. Enrollment expert
2. Entering initial enrollments into PowerSchool (PS) for all students in the district
3. Approving and auditing student enrollment paperwork
4. Overseeing the general enrollment process through PowerSchool Registration
5. Connecting campuses to specific student enrollments and enrollment information
6. Confirming entry and exit dates and attendance
7. Working with State Reporting Technician with regard to state reporting

1. Mastery knowledge of PowerSchool
2. Generating Document Tracking Reports
3. Sending out Form Letters
4. Tracking key information
5. Assuring all data is accurate
6. Section Audits

8. Immunizations
9. Entering Immunizations into PS
10. Working with State Reporting Technician to confirm which students need updated immunizations
