Position Summary

The Medical Assistant/Registration Associate – Float Pool provides both clinical and front-office support across Med Center Health Physician Services, including Urgentcare, Primary Care, and other assigned clinic locations.

This position receives a higher rate of pay in recognition of the flexibility required to float between multiple clinic locations based on operational needs. The role supports efficient patient flow by assisting with clinical care, registration, scheduling, and customer service activities. The ideal candidate is adaptable, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care in fast-paced clinical environments.

Minimum Qualifications

• One year of Medical Assistant or equivalent experience required.
• Completion of medical assistant training program (or another clinical training program that exceeds the requirements of a medical assistant training program) OR equivalent on the job training working under the direction of a physician is required.
• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred.
