The Team Member has the primary responsibility for engaging in PRIMO SHIFTS; displaying the Dillas culture to his/her fellow Team Members and Customers. You power our Purpose: To Build Community through Quesadillas!

Accuracy - Food prepared and delivered to our Customers just how they ordered it
