Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Finance Clerk to assist in managing our company's daily financial health. This role is perfect for a highly organized professional who excels at managing cash flow and ensuring financial compliance. You will be responsible for the full cycle of money coming in and going out, while also serving as an internal auditor for team spending and budget adherence.
Duties & Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable: Generate and distribute invoices. Proactively manage the collections process to minimize "Days Sales Outstanding" and ensure healthy cash flow.Accounts Payable: Manage our bill-pay platform to ensure all vendors are paid accurately and on time, while identifying opportunities for early-pay discounts.Expense Management (T&E): Process and categorize all Travel & Expense receipts weekly, ensuring all spending is mapped to the correct accounts.Per Diem Auditing: Audit employee spend against established Per Diem budgets. Analyze trends and provide summaries to leadership regarding budget compliance.Accounting Maintenance: Resolve accounting errors and ensure the general ledger is accurate and up-to-date.Financial Reporting: Prepare and summarize weekly reports on cash position, accounts receivable status, and team spending analysis.

Qualification Requirements:Experience: 3+ years in a finance, bookkeeping, or accounting-support role.Technical Skill: Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets. Attention to Detail: You take pride in finding the "missing penny" and ensuring every receipt is accounted for.Professional Diplomacy: Ability to enforce company spending policies and conduct collection calls with a professional and firm demeanor.
