About the Role

As a Licensed Master Esthetician, you’ll deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments while building long-term, trusted relationships with your patients. What You’ll Own

· Deliver safe, effective medical aesthetic treatments (facials, lasers, devices, and more) following established protocols

· Provide a 5-star patient experience—from consultation through treatment and follow-up

· Educate patients to confidently recommend treatment plans based on their unique goals

· Achieve individual revenue and performance targets while upholding clinical excellence

· Build long-term patient relationships that drive loyalty and retention

· Maintain documentation, compliance standards, and proper use of EMR and device systems

· Actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing learning

· Collaborate with leadership and medical teams to support continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

· Active Master Esthetician license

· Strong clinical foundation in aesthetic services (additional device training provided)

Compensation

· Base Salary: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

· Monthly Bonus Opportunity: Based on Performance

· Your bonus is fully performance-driven and designed to directly reward the impact you make. You’ll earn a percentage of the revenue you personally generate plus additional incentive based on your site's overall revenue achievement. Because bonuses are tied to performance rather than capped targets, earning potential is truly uncapped. This structure supports what matters most here—delivering exceptional patient care, building strong treatment plans, and contributing to practice growth as part of a high-performing team. Full transparency around targets, payout structure, and performance expectations will be provided during the interview process.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Prolonged periods of standing for up to 10 hours at a time.
