Mission:

Convoy Group is a veteran-owned and operated intelligence, consulting, training, and protection firm. We leverage our range of expertise and network across public and private sectors to provide clients with highly professional, tailored, and effective solutions.

Philosophy: We believe in quality over quantity. We understand the power of organizational culture, transparency, flexibility, and incentivized autonomy to drive our superior services.

Values: (T3PAF)

1. Transparency with clients and teammates, pricing and capability, and progress.

2. Training to ensure the highest level of capability, service, and readiness.

3. Teamwork is the key to meeting our goals and clients’ needs.

4. Professionalism is the key to Convoy Group’s reputation and success.

5. Autonomy enables success across all echelons, imbues a forward-leaning culture, and facilitates growth.

6. Flexibility that is built into the business structure and business model allows for dynamic organizational change to occur; in short, the business can grow with the market’s shifting demands.

Truths:

1. We are only as good as our last performance: Certifications, good-looking marketing, and professional background only get you so far. It is what you do right now – and what you continue to do – that matters.

2. Individuals make the difference between success and failure: Every single individual in this company is a stakeholder. The analysts, agents, guards, and managers are the ones who directly safeguard clients’ needs, and they are the vanguard of our company’s values.

3. There is no one-size-fits-all security solution: All clients are unique, and what works with one client may not work with another. While there may be conceptual overlap between solutions, you must always attend to the specific requirements of every client.

4. Finding the right person for the job takes time: The relationship between employee selection and performance is not an ambiguous one. We take the time to carefully evaluate, select, train, and continuously develop all our personnel.
