The Service and Order Fulfillment Coordinator plays a critical operational role supporting Blue Frontiers Field Services and Order Fulfillment functions. This position serves as the connective tissue between service dispatch, logistics, order processing, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that service activities and equipment fulfillment are executed accurately, efficiently, and with Blue Frontiers high standard of customer experience.

Initially, the role will focus (approximately 60%) on service coordination and dispatch support and 40% on order management and fulfillment, with the potential to evolve as the organization scales.

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role suited for a highly organized professional who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.

Support day-to-day field service coordination, including service request intake, case creation, prioritization, and scheduling

Assist with technician dispatch, work order preparation, and service case lifecycle management

Serve as a central point of coordination between Field Services, Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams

Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, cases, and documentation within Salesforce Service Cloud/XOi

Track service activity status, escalations, and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution

Support service performance reporting, data accuracy, and operational visibility

Manage order processing and fulfillment workflows from order entry through shipment and delivery

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate order configuration, inventory availability, and logistics execution

Maintain order accuracy and status updates within NetSuite

Support logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and issue resolution

Ensure alignment between order fulfillment timelines and service delivery requirements

Maintain clean, accurate order documentation and records

Cross-Functional & Administrative Support

Act as a reliable operational liaison across Field Services, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Customer Experience

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to service operations, fulfillment processes, and system workflows

Assist with data integrity, reporting, and operational readiness as the service organization scales

Uphold Blue Frontiers standards for professionalism, responsiveness, and customer experience

High school diploma or equivalent

35 years of experience in service coordination, service dispatch, order management, logistics, or related operational roles

Salesforce Service Cloud experience (required)

NetSuite experience (required)

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach

Experience with XOi service workflows and documentation

Experience with RF-Smart or similar inventory/logistics tools

Background supporting OEM, manufacturing, or field service organizations

Familiarity with service KPIs, dispatch workflows, and fulfillment best practices
