True Health is built on the belief that healthcare should feel high touch, clear, and worth trusting. That only happens when what we say in the community matches what patients experience in the clinic.

This role exists because demand and capacity have to stay in sync. When they do, teams are ready, physicians can deliver the experience they promise, and prospective members get a confident path from first question to enrollment.

You take ownership of the gap between current membership and true site capacity, then build the systems that close it.

True Health grows responsibly or it does not grow at all. When capacity is misunderstood, teams get stretched, the member experience suffers, and the clinic cannot deliver on what makes it different.

In this role, you make growth measurable and usable. You keep an accurate view of capacity by location, diagnose what is holding enrollment back, and turn clinical differentiation into enrollment messaging that is clear and appropriate for healthcare communications.

You are the bridge between interest in True Health and a full, well supported panel, and your work directly shapes whether growth feels smooth for members, physicians, and site teams.

You focus on turning real site capacity into a clear plan, then building demand and conversion systems that reliably fill it.
