About the role

Inventive Group is hiring a Director of Sales & Strategic Accounts to lead the commercial vehicle side of our business — In The Ditch Towing Products, Idaho Truck Dynamix, and our CV contract manufacturing work. You will own the commercial result, lead a team of three Territory Sales Representatives, and personally hold our most important account relationships.

This is a builder’s role in a company that is rebuilding. The commercial infrastructure you would normally inherit does not exist yet — territory structure, account planning discipline, and channel pricing architecture are all being created now, and the person in this seat helps create them alongside the CEO. If you want to run a machine someone else built, this is not the job. If you want to build one, it is a rare opportunity.
