JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
This position will be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives. This position works cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned, effectively executed, and compliant with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in marketing, creative development, and campaign management within the animal health pharmaceutical industry.
Salary: $30.00 hourly plus twice a year bonuses
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assign and track follow-up tasks from trade shows, ensuring timely completion and accountability across teams
- Review email marketing campaigns prior to deployment to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
- Evaluate and provide feedback on marketing materials, ensuring quality, clarity, and adherence to brand standards
- Distribute and manage follow-up lead lists to the sales team to support lead conversion and pipeline development
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Ensure all marketing outputs align with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and strategic objectives
- Assist with webinars as needed, including coordinating with KOLs and providing introductions during live webinars
- Coordinate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure all materials meet compliance requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company data security protocols
- Promote organization and increased efficiency
- Special projects as assigned
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required
- 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Minimum of 3 years experience in animal health pharmaceuticals or animal health
- Proven experience developing marketing communication strategies and executing tactical marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows, creative development processes, and approval systems
- Proficiency in typing (typically 40-60+ WPM)
- Previous experience with Asana is a plus
- Excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must have basic to moderate computer skills including the ability to effectively use Excel/Google Sheets, Word
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with others (written and oral)
- Ability to self-teach and quickly learn new software
- A passion for learning new technologies and staying abreast of best practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize deliverables and efficiently manage time
- Must be flexible and have the ability to switch from task to task as needed without compromising precision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment
This job operates primarily in an office environment. This position requires the use of standard office equipment, and frequent standing and walking.
Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently and have the ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills
Uses addition, subtraction, multiplication and the division of numbers including decimals and fractions when checking of reports, forms, records and comparable data where interpretation is required involving basic skills knowledge.
Reasoning Ability
Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where substantial standardization exists. Must be able to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram or schedule form.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Because of the nature of the business, work schedules may vary at times.
