Candidate must reside in Missouri, Virginia, North Carolina, California, Texas, New Jersey or New York. The Email Marketing Specialist will help support email and SMS marketing efforts. This role will execute email and SMS campaigns and provide support to the marketing and digital teams. Requirements: Your sole responsibility in your most recent role was Email Marketing, you consider yourself an expert DTC or B2C email marketing experience w/ a sales goal (conversion); Example: I need to make $10,000 from this email Experience in email platform (Klaviyo, Bluecore, Cordial) Experience scheduling campaigns Experience in segmentation and maintaining list of subscribers Experience with SMS Firm understanding of the customer lifecycle and ability to manage newly acquired, active, lapsed, and inactive subscribers Experience A/B testing campaign subject lines and content Responsibilities: Execute email and SMS campaigns as directed by the marketing and digital teams Conduct quality checks over all automated and broadcast campaigns (grammar, spelling, accuracy) A/B testing subject lines, content, and send times Manage and continuously optimize broadcast and automated email and SMS campaigns Own email and SMS performance analytics and reporting using major KPIs (CVR, CTOR, Click Rates, Open Rates, Revenue, etc.) Continuously develop, monitor, and grow customer segments Identify opportunities for content personalization and optimization
