Location requirements:

Remote-based role. Open to candidates in the USA across Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern time zones.

About the Role:

BigPanda is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team. This is a customer-facing, hands-on role focused on helping enterprise customers design, implement, and realize value from the BigPanda platform. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor and architect, guiding customers through AIOps initiatives and helping them modernize incident management and service operations.

This is a role for a builder. You will spend real time in the platform, in the data, and in code — not only in design sessions. You will own engagements end to end, and the quality of what goes live is yours.

BigPanda is an agentic platform, and we expect the people who deliver it to be at least as curious about modern AI tooling as our customers are about ours.

How you work with AI

BigPanda is an agentic platform, and this role is hands-on with it. We are looking for people who have already made these tools part of how they work.

Optional: show us something you’ve built

Genuinely optional, and not a requirement to apply. If you’ve built something you’re proud of, share it: a GitHub repo, a Claude or ChatGPT project, an automation, a home lab, a write-up, a spreadsheet that got out of hand. It does not need to be polished, in production, or related to our space.

We are more interested in what you were curious about and how you went at it than in the finished product. If your building has all happened inside customer environments you can’t share, tell us about it instead — that counts.

About Us:

BigPanda delivers agentic automation for IT operations. We enable enterprise IT to keep its digital world running by transforming manual and reactive human processes into intelligent, autonomous systems that detect, respond, and prevent IT incidents at machine speed. That’s why the world’s most trusted brands rely on BigPanda to improve operational efficiency and deliver exceptional service reliability to their customers.

We have an awesome team of motivated, knowledgeable, fun-loving, and friendly Pandas. We provide comprehensive health coverage, parental leave, competitive cash and equity compensation, and a supportive, collaborative, and innovative environment to empower you to do the best work of your career.

Our Benefits:

Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $170,000 - $200,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.

We run one (1) compensation review cycles per year to ensure that managers can recognize employees without much lag between achievement and reward. All of this builds toward the best compensation we can give to anyone: the ability to develop your skills each and every day. BigPanda has a significant focus on career development that is at the core of our employee experience.
