As a Building Trades Maintenance Associate, you’ll perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks — from carpentry and electrical work to plumbing, HVAC, and locksmithing. Every day brings something new as you support operations across our facilities.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple trades.

• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Install and repair doors, locks, and building components.

• Complete preventive maintenance and respond to work orders using our CMMS system.

• Operate maintenance vehicles and equipment — and assist during snow events to keep the airport open and safe.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or technical program a plus).

• 3+ years of experience in building maintenance or a related trade.

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and follow safety standards.

• Valid Kentucky driver’s license (CDL a plus).

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or during emergencies.
