Bethany Village is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to support our campus operations through mail services, inventory coordination, and courier duties. This position plays an important behind-the-scenes role in keeping communication, supplies, and essential materials flowing smoothly throughout our community. Position Overview:

Responsible for courier duties, collects and prepares incoming / outgoing mail and packages.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Places orders for stock.
• Files MSDS sheets in departmental binders.
• Responsible for inventory control.
• Sorts and distributes incoming / outgoing USPS mail and campus mail.
• Processes mail forwarding for current and former residents.
• Performs courier services as requested/necessary.
• Maintains confidentiality of all corporate and employee information.

Basic Duties & Responsibilities:

• Completes appropriate paperwork.
• Attends office meetings during business hours.
• Adheres to all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Endorses and comply with the vision, procedures, and policies of Bethany Village.
• All other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

• Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM
• Weekends & holidays may be required as needed.
• Occasional overtime required
• Working conditions for this position may include the following: Inside, outside, dry, wet, glare from sun, humid, odors, noisy, mechanical hazards, adequate lighting/ventilation, working with/around others, and working alone.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and write and comprehend the English language.

Experience Required:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
