Salary $53,000.00

We’re looking for a skilled and grounded LAC/ LSW clinician to join our compassionate outpatient team in Lakewood, NJ, providing counseling services to adults in a comfortable office environment.

Positions available for full-time or fee-for-service.

Responsibilities

• Carry 25-30 client caseload
• Utilize evidence-based counseling practices
• Maintain client records in EHR per licensing requirements
• Participate in clinical and staff meetings
• Supervision available for full-time clinicians

Competencies

• Familiarity with EHR systems, Microsoft Outlook suite
• Self-starter, excellent communication skills, team player
• Preference given to individuals able to offer in-home counseling to seniors - mileage reimbursed
• Preference given to bilingual (Spanish) clinicians

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, or another recognized mental health discipline
• Licensure: NJ licensure as LSW, LAC
• Experience: Working with adults with a wide range of emotional and behavioral needs
