About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in the clients home. Your primary responsibility will be to assist registered nurses and physicians in delivering comprehensive medical services to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
