About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid flagger certification or completion of an approved flagger training program.
• Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and traffic control plans.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills to interact clearly with drivers and crew members.
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a flagger in construction or road maintenance environments.
