About This Position
POSITION SUMMARY: Performs administrative and clinical duties under the direction of the Employee Health Coordinator and Employee Health RN. Administrative duties may include scheduling appointments, verifying demographic information, maintaining employee medical records, as well as other clerical duties. Maintaining supplies and clinical space. Clinical duties may include taking and recording pertinent medical histories, assisting with the new hire process, annual medical surveillance, screening, FITT Testing, and administering vaccinations. Participate in vaccine clinics for employees and the public when scheduled. Participate in Employee Health programs under the direct supervision of the employee health department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's degree in Licensed Practical Nursing OR
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program
- 1 year of LPN experience
- 1 year of Clerical - Administrative Assistant experience
- State of Alaska LPN License
- BLSP (CPR) from the American Heart Association
