Core Daily Responsibilities:

• Working closely with other attorneys, clients, and staff.
• Working in the District, Superior, and Appellate Courts.
• Work includes charging, negotiating, sentencing, and trial work.
• Oral and written advocacy.

• Must be admitted as an attorney in the State of Washington (RCW 36.27.010) and a U.S. Citizen (RCW 36.27.010, RCW 36.27.040, and RCW 29).
• A resume and cover letter are required for this position.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Preferred Requirements:

• Preference will be given to attorneys with specialized experience in criminal trial work.
